Suggest Treatment For Fluctuating BP Readings Through Out The Day
hi i have been monitoring my blood pressure over the last 2 weeks and have it taken at different times of the day and on different blood pressure machines and keep getting reading between 135-149 over 92 -98 what could be causing this i have a family history of heart problems on mother and fathers side and I m a female aged 39 of average weight

At no time will blood pressure readings be exactly the same, whether using the same machine or multiple machines
That said, you seem to be on the verge of high blood pressure that would require medication so you need to talk to your doctor about this
