Suggest Treatment For Fluctuating BP Readings Through Out The Day

Hi My heart rate when I got up in morning is 88.When I am leaving for office is 104 .Some times when I was working I feel weak and checked it s 119 .Then it reduce to normal. I have vertigo episode six months back .Now it s bit controlled and shown to neuro also .got done brain MRI everything normal. Previously my heart rate 2-3 years back is around 100 only and resting is 78.I am accountant by profession have BP issue also taking telma 80/and snumlo2.5 Is my vertigo problem can be related to pulse.All doctors have told it s bppv.Shall I consult cardiologist for the pulse thing.Or normally with age these changes happens Today I was working from home it rises 119 and BP 144/87 and after sometime BP also come down to 124/84 and pulse to 95. Please clarify

Consult a physician and get evaluated. Conditions like accelerated hypertension and kidney-related problems like renal artery stenosis and pheochromocytoma must be ruled out.

Consult a physician at the earliest and get evaluated. Additional investigations like ultrasound scan is required.
