Suggest Treatment For Fluctuating Body Temperatures

I have been sick for almost a month. At first i had flu symptoms of painful eye movements and achy muscles. However, for the last week and a half my fever has been very scary. My peak fever was 103.7. It fluctuated throughout the day. I ll wake with a high fever. It will drop back down to the normal range by lunch, but then it will be back in the 100s by dinner. I am starting to get scared.

HI
Well come to HCM
Viral infection may be likely, this takes at week to come around, symptoms can be treated with antipyretic and analgesic, if this fails to work then blood need to be investigated for differential diagnosis, take care.
