Suggest Treatment For Fluctuating High BP Readings Through Out The Day

I was seen in the ER last week. Blood pressure was very high. They couldn t get out down even with medication. Finally, they did though. Cardiologist scheduled 4 hour stress test on Wednesday. Blood pressure consistently running 150 ish over 110 ish. Should I go back to ER poor wait for stress test? That s at rest. If i do anything....even little things. ..it shoots up to 180ish over 150ish.

I really appreciate your concern, if the hypertension is the only matter then it need to be treated once diagnosed else this is nothing to worry, practically hypertension of boarder line does not cause any clinical symptoms, you have not stated your age and gender here else something specific could have been thought, you have to go through the numbers of test, for treatment of hypertension hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
