Suggest Treatment For Fluid Filled Bumps On Head After Injury

Hello my son three years old fell down on to hard floor from five feet height . He bumped on right side and water like soft liquid formed on left side . No vomiting no other problem . No pain also bug his skull on left side is like bumped road with soft filled liquid under his head . So worried please advise how to proceed

I can understand your son concern
don't worry ,as he felldown from 5 feet height It cause counter coup haematoma on the skull

this bump is due to collect of blood in the skin of scalp or head

anyway child is active ,no other symptoms but for better sake undergo once ct scan brain to find out any bony lesions in skull

give him electrolyte sachets to drink ,keep him in good airflow room

don't allow to sleep on the swelling side of head .

normally body has a mechanism to reabsorb the swelling in 2 to 3 days

if not you can consult once your family doctor and take further advise .. ok
