Suggest Treatment For Fluid Filled Eye Balls

My eye conditions is very serious. The eye ball is under the position of damage - as it would be burst out at any moment and it has been flowing water from my eye continuously. So i am very much worried about my eye condition. In this moment what can i do?

flowing tear is epiphora. it is simply block in nasolacrimal duct. due to this eye ball will not burst. punctum dilatation and repeated syringing is to be done. if block is cleared then watering will stop.
