Suggest Treatment For Fluid Filled In Fallopian Tube

Hi.. I went to the hospital on 05/13/2011 with pelvic pain and spotting for over a month. I have PCOS. My cycle is every 40-45 days. Meaning i skipped a period. I got a urine test for pregnancy in the hospital and came back positive. The BETA test came back negative. In the ultrasound all i had was fluid in my fallopian tube/ovary. They told me i should contact my doctor and sent me home on pain meds. I am very confused please help.
