Suggest Treatment For Fluid In The Brain

I was told yesterday that my husband has fluid on the brain... the doc was reading his MRI to check for recurrance from primary central nervous system lymphoma brain cancer he has been all clear for 18 months but showed signs of regression. so i gueess the fluid on the brain is causing this.. he sis have a spinal tap yesterday... will this work if he has a "lumbar drain?"
