Suggest Treatment For Fluttering Felling In The Heart
I have PE in both lungs and clots in leg am under doctors care Just saw lung dr yesterday today have fluttering in heart I have had that for 30 years but only if I was sick like flu or infection then only once in a while Been very active today, usually am very active Lung doctor said I am fine to do what I want Is Coumadin , PE, causes this?..

Although exact reason for fluttering can be ascertained only by knowing the rhythm of heart at that time which is usually done by an ECG/ holter monitor or loop recorder.
Yes, PE is very well known to be associated with atrial fibrillation which is a disorder of heart rhythm and can cause feeling of fluttering heart.
Need to get a long term holter monitor or ECG at time of flutter like feeling.
