Suggest Treatment For Foot And Knee Pain

hello sir
my self pankaj singh age- 26yr, male.
I have pain in foot, ancle, knee.
first i went to orthopadic.he told me to xray and blood and urine test.
in blood test i got
leucocyte and platelets count high, esr-85, crp-81.2,serum creatinine,bun,serum uric acid in normal range, ra factor- -ve.
in urine test
occult blood-+ve,puscell,epithelial cell- present, bacteria- present.
then i meet rheumatologist dr s.m. akerker
he told me i have reactive arthritis
he gave me some med like
etova 400
minicycline
saaz
sompraz40
zempred 4
but in morning i have pain and some fever
what should i do
