Suggest Treatment For Foot Drop

hi doctor

i was having foot drop in both legs since last 6 years and consulted all neurosurgeon and orthopaedicans but not positive answer recived. While walking i cannot lift my legs, i used to wear foot drop squint but now they are not working, i have already changed 3 times but not happy with this.

as per all doctors which i m consulted not come to the final diagnosis and how this happen.

Kindly advise is this curable or not, now i m really fed up all doctors.
