Suggest Treatment For Foot Pain

Im 22 years old, and since Monday my feet hurt really badly..at first I thought it was the way I slept o sat..but its been 5 days already and the pain only continues.Im a really busy girl and I don't want to go to the doctor so he can tell me thats the reaso . What do you think it is and what should i do?
