Suggest Treatment For Foot Pain

i have foot pain in my right foot. it feels like a bone. When i wear my sneakers at work all day it rubs on the seam of the sneaker causing me all kinds of pain and making it so hard to walk. My only relief is when i get home at night and i take my sneakers off. At times i find it hard to walk around my house for about an hour
