HI
Thanks for using healthcare magic

In specific phobia, you need both medicine as well as psychotherapy. You should consult a psychiatrist for proper treatment with antidepressant and low dose benzodiazepine. In psychotherapy, you need help of a psychologist for relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing. In your case, you have to patience. It would take time to get complete recovery. If you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
