Suggest Treatment For Foul Odor From Vagina

I dont have irratation or itching but i have this really bad odor coming from my vagina. I have tried washing it with scent soap and i try to cover up the smell but its so bad that im embarrassed to get up out of my seat. I was wondering what it is and what could i do to cure the stinch?
