Suggest Treatment For Foul Phlegm In Throat With Normal Blood Tests

Hi Doctor, i always have bulgam in the throat, sometimes it smells also, what can be reasons, please suggest. i was diagnosed for TB which is negative, and bacterial infection - dianosed positive, was given antibiotic for three weeks but still problem reamins the same, please suggest

Please take an expectorant syrup and anti allergic medication. Lots of oral fluids and regular gargles. Reasons can be many including allergies, sinus disease, post nasal drip, respiratory infections, acid reflux...
