Suggest Treatment For Foul Smell From The Vagina

about 3 months ago my vagina started to smell it's not a fishy smell either and it wasn't strong at first, and now it's bad and wont go away i tryed to douch and that takes care of the smell for a while and by the end of the day it's bad and strong it get's really bad during sex the more wet i get the worst the smell get's i don't knwo what to do or why its don't this it never did this before plz help!!
