Suggest Treatment For Foul Smell From Vagina

hey, i have a real bad smell down there, im healthy and since i have had the implanon in this has been happining. i really want to know what to do? i have done all the things like using soap without the actual soap in it. and wearing cotton underwear.... so i want to know why it is still there?
