Suggest Treatment For Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge

i am a 28 year old mom to two children. i work full time and recently started collage for the first time this fall. Also now i am dealing with a very bad divorce and coustody case with my ex husband. and now about 3 months ago i started having a very bad smelling vagina discharge that i never experianced before and imposiibal to cure...i dont really have other symptoms, the only other things i can think is different is how full my bladder gets in the mornings its almost tender to touch. and maybe more break outs but iam sure iam not prego. i have tried some ointments and even had antibiotics for a bladder infection. my boyfriend has been understanding to my issue but our sex life has almost stopped because i am so self consious. its been like this forever and i feel like its just the way it is and will be like for the rest of mylife since i have no time to go to doctors. please can
