Suggest Treatment For Fracture In D12 L1 Vertebra While Having Osteoporosis In Knee

I am 70 years old. suddenly i fell down and after x ray it is found that there is wedge fracture in D12-L1 vertebra,disc spaces are normal,peripheral soft tissues are normal.Aftet seven days some times i feel pain in that region that to very nominal.i can walk slowly and do all my jobs.I have austere peresis in knee region.kindly suggest my treat meant procedures.

Hello,

Ideally it needs surgical fixation so as to provide you early mobility,although if there is no neurological symptoms you can also be treated with a bed rest for 6 weeks.
