Suggest Treatment For Fracture In My Knuckle

i fractured my knuckle in my pinky also called boxers fracture and i would like to know iv had it in splint for 3 days now havent iced it and sweeling still there i can move it around little bit but my knuckle is still stiff how can i know if there is a tendon damaged ?
