Suggest Treatment For Fracture In The Right Hand

My wife is 33 yrs, got hurt in right hand and has got fracture in right hand.Doctor is asking to take decision whether to go for Plaster which will take 2.5 months or surgery for which there will be 1 month plaster.



Please suggest a genuine Doc who can give me a genuine second opinion on it in Pune. A doc who can suggest some more alternative and best way to get it healed fully and safely.
