Suggest Treatment For Fracture

Hi...this morning i noted that my 3 year old daughter has a pain and swelling on the left 4th finger nai. On observatiobn the the nail also being pushed proximally ..few days ago she has accidentally impinge her hand in between the swing and wall while playing the swing...is there any possibility of fracture of the distal finger..?
