Suggest Treatment For Fractured C4 And Cord Contusion Injury

Hello, my brother had an accident causing complete immobility. The report say that it is a case of trauma with fracture of C4 and MRI reveals cord contusion injury from c3 to c6 and the cord is swollen. Would like to know if my brother will gain back its mobility and what is the chance to stay alive.
