Suggest Treatment For Fractures On Nose And Injury On Forehead

I fell almost 3 weeks ago. Sustained a couple of small fractures to my nose and banged my forehead. About 5 days later as the nasal pain was subsiding my forehead on the right side was numb to the touch but was getting sharp stabbing pains from the corner of my eyebrow to the center of the top of my head. If I touch the area I got a horrible electric shock from where I touch and stabbing back to the top of my head. Still having bad headaches running along there and numbness to the skin . Most of the time it feels like I imagine it would feel like getting hit in the forehead with a bat or something (or falling on your face like I did). Got any suggestions? ER got an xray of my head and nose which is how I know I got the nasal fractures
