OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Fluid in the ovarian region after ovarian removal can be due to infection in that region.
It can also be due to fluid collection in the pelvis, which can be due to pelvic infection or some pathology in the intestines.
I will suggest you to get a repeat ultrasound after a course of antibiotics, to see whether the fluid has absorbed or not.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
