Suggest Treatment For Free Fluid In Pouch Of Douglas In Uterus

I am 23/F and married women.Before 2 months i have UTI problem and i have a problem in abdomen pain for past 2 weeks and my scan report says in overies free fluid in the pouch of douglas. If there is minimal or no fluid in the Pouch of Douglas there should be no problem for you to conceive. please answer me.
