Suggest Treatment For Frequent UTI And Lower Back Pain

Hi, I get frequent UTIs and was recently on Macrobid to clear one up. It s been a week since I finished the medicine and now so have yellow discharge, no smell, and crampy lower back pain, and tenderness in my lower abdomen. No fever. I am 48, and am post menopausal for 3 years. Thanks so much for your expertise! kathy

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concern. For yellow dicharge you should do investigation for syphlis like VDRL or RPR. You can take cefixime400 mg and azithral 1 gram single dose.
