Suggest Treatment For Frequent Episodes Of Asthma In A Child

9yr old boy with asthma has been having frequent episodes. This last one his o2 satsuma won t come above 86. When he s sleeping he s been at 90 but right now he s asleep at 86 but breathing easily with no wheezing. Last episode was 20 min long and 2 doses of albuterol in his neb what is to much albuterol and r his satsuma ok till I can get him to a dr. Our closest facility is 50 min away.
