Suggest Treatment For Frequent Episodes Of Stomach Upset And Constipation

My son is about to turn four this Summer.His stamoch is usually upset that is to say at times he suffers from constipation and more often than not he has lose motions.Presently he is again experiencing lose motions.Kindly,prescribe some efficacious syrup.

I really appreciate your concern, most of the diarrhoea is this age group are self limiting and may not need any treatment but of course hydration is the matter of concern, else frequency of passing stool tree to four in day is normal one, at the most this can be treated with "Lyophilized Lactobacillus sachets three times in day, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
