General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Bleeding gums are caused due to plaque formation around it which leads to gingivitis gradually and bleeding occurs from inflamed gums.

I would like to advise you the following ways:

-Rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide and salt water.
-Reduce stress.
-Increase the intake of vitamin C and vitamin K.
-Maintain oral hygiene regularly.
-Rinse mouth after taking carbohydrates.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
