Suggest Treatment For Frequent Headache And Weakness While Having Elevated Lymphocytes And Reduced Neutrophils

Hi Sir , Yday we had been to a Doctor of Gen Medicine , for frequent headache & weakness for my wife they have done CBC blood test in that LYMPHOCYTES are litter higher i.e 51.4% & NEUTROPHILS are little lesser i.e 38.5% they suggested to visit neurologist because it may be TB or Water stored in Spinal Can You Please Advise
