Suggest Treatment For Frequent Headaches

Hi, I get head ache frequently since many years. Only on left side including the left eye portion. I feel like throwing up sometimes. Did not have any head ache when on the continuous medication of migranil for one month as advised by ENT Doc. But It resumed after course. I dont smoke, drink nor eat chocolates, but gets emotionally stressed sometimes. Is there any way to avoid this head ache?

Hello dear,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com. You appear to have headache episodes simulating migraine.Migraine is typically unilateral headache along with retro-orbital pain,is throbbing in nature associated with nausea, visual aura and increases in severity on exposure to bright light and sound.Migranil trial decreased your headache episodes indirectly confirms the diagnosis of migraine.Though you dont smoke, drink or eat chocolates but emotional stress may act as a trigger. So,you need to have some lifestyle modification regarding your stressors. Please consult your physician for starting you on antimigraine medicines that suits you the best.I hope it helps.
