Suggest Treatment For Frequent Nose Bleeds

Hello , I have frequent nose bleeds early morning and some at night but only when I m brushing my teeth , but through out the day I feel tired and sometimes faint . Can you tell me what may it be ? I also have major joint pain in my knees , fingers , toes and neck . I also get low grade temps and sores on my mouth like fever blisters . I m 34 year old female .

Please get evaluated doing a total blood count with formula, platelets count, rheumatoid factor , biochemical blood balance. Having vitamin C 100 mg daily may help you with it.
