Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urge To Pass Stools With Extreme Constipation

Feels like i have to go to bathroom and poop every second of the day. Bleeding from anus, gel like liquid comming out constantly. Even when im standing, sitting or walking fells like im going poop. Weight loss. bending over u can see what might look like my insides or posably hemroids cant tell never had hemroids. Very hard to pee also. when trying to poop takes about 3 hrs plus and once in blue moon i get a peddle size poop

You should have mentioned your age.
The common condition giving rise to the symptoms you are suffering from is amoebic dysentery.
Please get your stools examined in the laboratory. Please collect the second sample of the stools after an overnight purge. This will confirm the diagnosis.
If untreated, it becomes a chronic infection and even affects the vital body organs like liver.
Metronidazole group of medicines is very effective for this infection. Please take the medicines only after a physician's advice, prescription and under supervision.
Please cut your nails short and always observe hygiene and cleanliness of the hands to avoid re-infection.
