Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination Along With Sore Throat And Weakness

Yeah I got a couple, well first my friend has been urinating alot, between every 20-40 minutes or so, & now he got sore throat, feels weak from time to time, the weak feelings been consistant since he took som promythazine for his sore throat, whats your take on this?

Looking at your friend's symptoms I am of the opinion that he is having Acute Pharyngitis( THROAT iNFECTION )

Acute Pharyngitis is infection of throat which could be caused by virus or bacteria. It is important to differentiate between these two as treatment is different for these two .

I advise you to get Throat swab Culture Sensitivity test done which will be helpful in differentiating between Viral and bacterial infection. Kindly revert back to me with the report.

Till then do salt water gargling, drink hot water, Avoid Non veg and oily food . Avoid Citrus Fruits.

As of frequent urination is concerned it could be due to Urine Infection or Diabetes. So I advise him to get Urine Routine and Fasting and postprandial blood sugars checked and revert back to me.
