Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Back Pain

im having problem related to women health so plz help me i got treatment for cycstic ovary before an year it got cure for last 2 months i got my periods in 34 days last month i got within 30 days i got mrried before a month still tis month i not got my dates so what was the problem im veing frequent urination, back pain, also slight nausea, slight cramps in abdominal am i pregnant r else it may be same problem like cystic ovary
