General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a bladder infection. I recommend to do a urine test, a blood test and an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation. Meanwhile,I suggest using the antibiotics that you have started. I also recommend to use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
