Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination, Diarrhea And Muscle Pain In The Leg

I have been prescribed Coversyl plus for high blood pressure for the last several months. I have frequent urination, frequent diaharea, and painful leg muscles. My doctor has prescribed Teva quinine for the muscle pain, but it doesn t help much. What should I do?
