Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination For A 54-year-old Female
Thought I was getting just a bladder infection, but now frequent urination, urine looks clear although I have been drinking a lot of water, pink to dark clotty blood (just a little) when wiping in the very front, but the oddest thing is the overstimulation odd feeling at end of urination stream in clitoris. I feel like I just want to stay sitting on the toilet. I m 54 year old female.
Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to nerve related issues, but a urologist review can be helpful for further evaluation. Urinary incontinence or over active bladder due to nerves involvement is common in females. May need long term medical treatment with anti cholinergic medicines but Urinalysis and cultures should be done to rule out cause of chronic urinary tract infections. Sugar levels should also be monitored.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Regards,
