Suggest Treatment For Frequent White Discharge From Vagina

I am a first time mom and I have had this condition for a while. I developed it a few months after conceiving and now I am worried sick for it has been an year now and nothing seems to change. I noticed a whitish discharge from my Virgina and sought for treatment. I was given some antibiotics and the condition stopped but for a while. After a few weeks it reoccurred and it has been like this ever since. The last Doctor I saw told me this very condition can develop to fibroids and I need your help to stop this condition once and for all.
