I think I have frost bitten lips. I had been out shovelling snow, and noticed my cheeks and lips stinging so I immediately went inside the house. Later that day my lips began burning and it felt like there was a rough patch on one side of my lower lip, and it was stinging. I applied vaseline, which gave only a little relief, but then the stinging and soreness came back the next day and this has happened over a week now.
