General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Frozen shoulder can last longer. Continue Ibuprofen for short period and after you get relief from acute pain symptoms start physical therapy for shoulder. You should move your shoulders actively and passively. If severe pain persist then you can go for TENS (physiotherapy) which gives relief. If nothing is helping then arthroscopic correction can be tried.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nishad B. N., General & Family Physician
