Hi,
To treat fungal infection of toes, local application of anti-fungal is not enough.
Go for one course of oral anti-fungal medicine like Flucanoozole 150 mg once in a week for 4-6 weeks.
Keep local part clean and dry.
Clean the part dry after shower.
Do not wear socks for few days or after removing socks keep inter digital spaces dry as wet part is god atmosphere to grow fungus.
Ok and take care.
