Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection In The Scalp

I have a fungal infection on the scalp and now on my armpits .I have been given all treatments for instance the fluconazole,cotrimoxazole,antifungal creams and nothing seems to work. It clears for a small period and reoccur.it s been more than a year now. And fed up going to hospitals.can you help.

Hi
Take oral antifungals like tablet terbinafine 250 mg twice daily and apply luliconazole lotion on the affected area twice daily.
