Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection On The Scalp

sir before 2 years my hair was falling badly after that i consult to a dermatologist who told me it is because of fungal infection in your scalp and suggest me candid-B lotion and salisia KT shampoo and some pills but it never stops hair loss complitly and now my hair is so thin and heavy hair fall started again from 4 months plz suggest me something to regrow my hair back and to stop hairfall and dandruff.....

Hi.
As per your case history fungal infection on scalp, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid applying hair oil for at least 30 days.
2. Apply a ketoconazole lotion once at night.
3. Use a ketoconazole shampoo on alternate days.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
