how to diagnose fungal skin infection near testicles and legs, i had visited dermatologist, he suggested me to take greseofulvin and cephalexin, but i dont get proper result. The infected area is looking blac shaped and feel very itchy. pls do needful

For fungal infection you have to take some antibiotics preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion with Avil or cetrizin for itching with rantac or famotid empty stomach. You can use clop-g or ketoconazole cream for local application.
