Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

Hyponatremia is due to vomiting and non eating. This situation needs the full blood tests. After having the results it will be more clear the cause. Probably a viral situation or a non controlled diabetes might be the cause.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jolanda Nikolla, Pulmonologist
