Suggest Treatment For Gastric Problem
I am having a solid gastric issue. Also, I get nightmares sometimes.... does it related to this gastric problem? Can you plz plz suggest me some instant remedies? I feel gastric all the time and also winds all the time. I feel embarrass when in Office! :(

1. U can take antacids like digene, pantoprazole which are easily available over the counter.
2. Also try to take short meals
3. Take plenty of water
4. nightmare migh not be related to this
