Suggest Treatment For Genital Warts Near Anus
I am 60 yr old male in good physical health. I went to an STD clinic as I was concerned that newly developed bumps around my anus were genital warts/HPV. To my relief, I was told they were just sebacious glands/cysts, and all other tests for STD were negative. This was a year ago and they are still there despite good hygiene. What can I do to get rid of them? What type of Dr do I need to see? Help...I would like to get rid of these.

There are only two ways to eradicate sebaceous cysts--
1) If they are quite small, they can be treated with a cold CO2 laser by a dermatologist
2) Larger cysts would need to be totally excised under local anesthesia by a general surgeon
